BEMER

Just a quick page post to tell you about the BEMER 300 device. I’ll work on it more later.

You might be familiar with magnets sold for supposed therapeutic uses in all sorts of forms. Nikken is a multi-million dollar corporation. There are some good stories, it’s true, but I remain sceptical of most of these magnets. They are too powerful in many instances and since I warn the public of the dangers of MRI scanners, it doesn’t make sense to blindly support magnets which are more than the strength of the Earth’s field just blindly.

For one thing powerful “static” magnets may block pain signals with the danger that pain warnings are not heeded. Rather like blanking out the oil warning light on your dash.

But intelligently designed pulsed magnetic therapy, that’s different. I was using it and getting great results back in the 80s.

This page is to give you a little bit of information about a very good device I’ve seen, called the BEMER 3000. It’s German and, yes, it is a bit like Bema (BMW) build quality! It is used not only to reduce pain and swelling, but primarily to encourage healing – not to suppress undiagnosed problems.

You may not have ever heard of PEMFT, yet surprisingly elite athletes, medical surgeons (primarily European), practitioners, and even Olympic Athletes have used the Bemer 3000 for years with great success.

What is PMFT?

PEMFT induces small voltages and current in your body tissue from small magnetic field “pulses”. There’s been extensive clinical research showing PEMFT to be an effective treatment for bone healing. This was an offshoot of Robert O. Becker’s monumental research in the 1970′s.

There’s also research to show that PEMFT may be effective for treating joint disease, venous ulcers, tendinitis (tendons), osteoarthritis, fatigue from MS, soft tissue and sports injuries.

This was reported in the Australian Consumer’s Association who also warned you to be wary of claims made about static magnetic products and not confuse the two. Some unscrupulous dealers like to cash in on the science of PMFT, claiming it vindicates their block or slab magnets.

I know that European studies of PMFT have shown that it increases micro-circulation within minutes (lashings of on-site nutrients are always good for healing!) And this device increases ATP by 18%. ATP is our main energy molecule: the end result of the glucose-oxygen metabolism pathway, called the Kreb’s cycle.

My wife tried this device last summer and was very impressed with the feelings it gave.

As I said, I’ll post more later but for the moment, you’ll have to get more info at pulsedmagentictherapy.net There are 2 great videos there, giving lots of facts and case studies.

Keep checking back.
